3. COURSE ENROLMENTS
3.1 Enrolment in any course constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Certain courses may require an enrolment fee which contributes towards administration, onboarding, student support, compliance obligations, and access to course materials.
3.3 Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
3.4 Students are responsible for reviewing all course information, requirements, and inclusions prior to enrolment.

3.6 PAYMENT PLANS
Where a payment plan is offered, students remain responsible for the full course fee unless otherwise agreed in writing by Bombshell Beauty Academy.
Failure to complete a course, access course materials, or utilise support services does not cancel a student's payment obligations under an agreed payment plan.
3.7 COURSE ACCESS
Bombshell Beauty Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any course, membership, student portal, community group, or service where a student:
(a) shares login credentials with another person;
(b) reproduces, distributes, sells, uploads, or shares course materials without permission;
(c) engages in abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful conduct toward staff, contractors, students, or community members;
(d) interferes with the operation, security, or functionality of our systems or platforms;
(e) breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Where access is suspended or terminated, any refund rights available under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
3.8 CERTIFICATE ELIGIBILITY
Certificates, statements of completion, or other recognition documents will only be issued where all required assessments, coursework, practical requirements, verification processes, and payment obligations have been completed.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, ONLINE COURSES & REFUNDS
4.1 Due to the digital nature of online courses, downloadable resources, templates, memberships, and digital products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.
4.2 Refunds will generally not be provided for:
(a) change of mind;
(b) incorrect course selection;
(c) failure to complete a course;
(d) lack of technical knowledge;
(e) incompatibility with a student's device where minimum requirements have been disclosed.
4.3 Students are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate internet access, software, and devices required to access course materials.
4.4 If a student experiences technical difficulties accessing purchased content, they should contact support as soon as reasonably practicable.
4.5 Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
5. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
5.1 Physical products supplied by Bombshell Beauty Academy may be eligible for return, replacement, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
5.2 Claims relating to damaged, faulty, or incorrect items should be submitted within five (5) business days of delivery and include supporting photographic evidence where possible.
5.3 Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless the product is faulty or otherwise subject to a consumer guarantee remedy.
5.4 Shipping costs associated with returns may be the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise required by law.
5.5 Clearance items, promotional products, and products sold with disclosed defects may not be eligible for return unless required by law.
5.6 For hygiene and safety reasons, opened lash adhesives, cosmetics, and other perishable beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty.
5.7 COURSE KITS & PHYSICAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
Where a course includes a physical kit, starter pack, training materials, or other shipped items, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier availability, stock levels, courier services, peak trading periods, public holidays, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Bombshell Beauty Academy will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver products within the advertised timeframe and will endeavour to keep customers informed of significant delays where reasonably practicable.
Students acknowledge that delays in the delivery of physical products do not affect access to digital course content unless otherwise stated.
Where a product is unavailable, discontinued, or delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, Bombshell Beauty Academy may offer a substitute item, partial refund, full refund, or alternative solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

10. STUDENT SUPPORT & COMMUNICATION
10.1 Existing students must submit all course-related enquiries, assessment submissions, certificate requests, technical support requests, account access issues, and customer service enquiries through the official online learning platform, student portal, or designated support email.
10.2 Bombshell Beauty Academy does not provide official student support through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messenger, personal social media accounts, comments on social media posts, or personal mobile numbers.
10.3 Social media platforms are used for marketing, education, and community engagement purposes only.
10.4 Students acknowledge that social media comments, direct messages, community groups, and third-party platforms are not official customer service channels and may not be monitored.
10.5 During annual leave, school holidays, public holidays, illness, bereavement leave, or business closure periods, access to social media accounts may be limited or unavailable.
10.6 Bombshell Beauty Academy is not responsible for delays resulting from enquiries submitted through unofficial communication channels.
10.7 Students are responsible for maintaining current contact details and regularly checking their student portal and registered email address.
10.8 Support response times and assessment marking timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on student volume, staffing availability, public holidays, school holidays, annual leave, illness, bereavement leave, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Bombshell Beauty Academy shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, or failure to perform obligations where such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, software failures, cyber incidents, pandemics, government actions, supplier disruptions, staff illness, bereavement, or other unforeseen events.
12. GOVERNING LAW
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
