Poorly put together lash kit, there was no mannequin included nor glue rings.

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience with the lash kit and understand your frustration. We apologize for the oversight in not including the mannequin and glue rings. We have recently onboarded new staff, and they are still learning the ropes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition period.

I never received my wax kit

For someone who has never waxed it’s great Tommy, it teaches you the basics. But I was looking for something a little bit more advanced so I was very disappointed.

Never received my product. Emailed them multiple times and nobody responded back to me.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced. We have had some trouble shipping our orders to North America and Canada due to Australia Post no longer shipping orders over 2kg internationally.
