Shipping

Our main courier at Bombshell Beauty Academy is Couriers please however we also do use FASTWAY Couriers also depending on your location. 

Because we use couriers to deliver and safeguard your packages then the postage time will vary depending on your location. 

You will receive an email with your tracking information and an arrival date once your order has been booked for collection from our warehouse.

Shipping to the Northern Territory and Western Australia can take up to 14 days to arrive. 

NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT & SA generally will take up to 7 Business Days To Arrive once they have been collected by the courier from our warehouse. 

As we are located on the border of Albury/Wodonga shipping times will vary depending on what courier has been selected at checkout. 

Back Orders

Our influx of orders sometimes shifts - your order may be placed on back order if specified in the description of the product page your purchased from. Backorders can take up to 7 business days to be shipped.

We endeavour to quickly ship all goods as fast as we can.

Lost or Damage Packages

On the rare occasion your parcel is lost or damaged please contact us via telephone. Basic insurance is provided for all parcels sent with our couriers, however we will need to contact them to confirm any issues before re-sending your item again.
